Default Party leader got too much power

Dont you think party leader got too much power? sometimes can easly RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO up the entire team, waste your time and been desscusting?

Things like; Players who never played elite missions like DoA, Deep, Urgoz and stuffs, if the leader see it's hes first time or he does a small mistake, he right away kick him.
Also the "experienced players only shit, it's redicoulos. He should be ashamed of posting such a non-sense shit, he should remeber when he first did them, the first time he learned how to do it.
It's one of the few reasons why elite missions are so hard to team up. Anet should do something or ealse they will be empty for ever more.

P.S I'm not whining and niether elite missions been empty, but peoples who wants to play something for their first time and the party leader wont let them just because he wants to earn some money.

I dont know what to suggest, this is where the comments from you shall come.

To be fair, if he's organising a party its entirley up to him who joins that party and if he doesnt want less experienced players theres nothing you can do really.

If you did create some form of system that allows other team players to have more power then you and a thousand other players would be on here tomorrow crying that newer players are messing up your hard mode missions.

So its 6 of one half a dozen of the other.

First of all why do you even want to join those kind of groups? Most of the people that are like that only want certain people with them because they know what works and don't want to try something new and waste their time if something were to go wrong. The simple solution to this is join a guild, any guild especially if their in an alliance should have enough people interested in doing the area you want done.

Not everyone is like this, but it's not always the leaders fault. Last time I tried getting a group for duncans and invited 2 mesmer into the group a couple people left without even looking at what build they were running. We beat it with no wipes btw.

If you have a problem with the Party Leader kicking you every time, I suggest start learning why they keep kicking you. There is probably a good reason for it. For instance, start reading their LFP/GLF and read what they actually want. I have started too many LFP URSANWAY - NEED URSAN groups and at least 25% of the people that join do not even have Ursan Blessing. This goes for every other LFP [insert profession]
And if they kick you because you do not have an elite skill or a build that totally doesnt make sense (Ranger with only fire skills, have seen this before), I suggest to just keep playing with the henchies and don't bother the real players.

In stead of complaining about Party Leaders kicking you, I suggest starting your own party yourself. You probably dont do this normally, since you don't want to have the responsability. So don't complain about it, or start making your own parties.
Too little people do this, whenever I am standing in a town, too many people are LFG [insert mission] 1/8. In stead of all looking for a group, they should start a group and do the darn mission, its that simple. And ffs, start reading the Party Screen invites.

I rather see the party leader with MORE power, like being able to /squelch someone from teamchat and possibly /kick when he deserves it.
At least make it possible to declare a person a leecher in PvE...

/signed for more power

Am not whining, I'm just trying to help the new peoples out so they could play missions like others, and eventually be experienced in it. Call it w/e you want.

Dont you got no sense even your post screams redneck
I have translated your gibberish post as best as I could.

About the bolded in your post.
(For the record Newbie=new to the elite areas in this case not new to GW)

I will explain to you how things work.
The party leader is someone who has taken charge and decided to make a group for whatever (HE/SHE) wants to do. Not what you want to do most of the time he/she will want 100% success (that means no newbies to the area) if you do not like this to damn bad.

People like you who have not done the elite areas tend to enter the group ping crap skill bars, AFK,Rage quit, and get what I call warrior vision (C space everything even if it is 10 agros away) which only gets the team killed because of your lack of experience mistake.

You wanna know what most of us did in those areas our first times, we went with guildies/alliance/hero's and got the feel for it first. you +hero's+ 1 other person + hero's can do any area in the frickin game all it takes is for you to Think use Strategy and CHANGE BUILDS FOR DIFFERENT AREAS.

Quit the QQing about the person who wants success. If you say I will not get us killed like most newbies do, he/she will say I do not care I am not going to take the chance.

The Elite areas only seem empty, why is this you ask? you should know the answer.
Guild teams/Alliance teams joing up at Ghalls them port to the area and enter. this saves more time.

But I bet you are the person (a W/MO who sees this( Glf 2 monks 6/8 for DOA) and you try to invite your self every time the party leader rejects you and then you wonder why he/she will not take you?

No you are not whining, you are blabbering senselessly.
People whining have something in the game they whine about.
You are complaining about pure right down human nature, if someone wants to be an /sshole and not let you in their team, they have the full right to make that choice.

How would you like it if you where ordered to take pedestrians to ride in/on your car/bike? Simply because they are unable to drive themselves, and decided they would like a ride.

Now I can agree that the therm "Experienced players" is very subjective, and therefor is not something you define the type of player you are looking for by.
Players that think themselves experienced for whatever reason, often aren't.
And actual experienced players, have been at it long enough to meet players a lot better than them, so they tend to have a "not experienced yet, but I'm not a n00b either" feeling.

The leader of a team is the leader for a reason, if your team leader is an /sshole, leave FFS!!!!!

Here's a novel idea, if you are troubled by nasty team leaders, start a team yourself!
*ohhhhhhh sounds*
If you are the team leader, you can take all the pedestrians into your car whenever you want to, problem solved.

But while you can /report people for intentionally hindering the team, while in an explorable. It would be ridiculous if people could be /reported for wanting assurance of success and therefor only take the people they deem to be winners.

You could also go to riverside and post a spirit of Christmas thread, encouraging people to be nice to new players, in event of the season.

@ OP - Theres a reason he's a party leader... if you dont like it, make your own.

Oh, and if you are wondering why you are being flamed...

99% of people on this forum have been a party leader at some stage.

Even Gaile.

Here's a hint: "Pro" and "experienced" anything in GW are anything but.

The real "pro" and "experienced" people run with guild groups or friends. They don't spam for PUGs. They don't advertise themselves as such, or search for such. They know who's good, or if they end up with poor players or first timers, work around it.

If anything, people spamming such things are the first thing to avoid.

It's quite easy really. If you don't like the party leader, either ignore but do as he says or make your own damn team.
